Who can use Gritiq

Gritiq is available to anyone 13 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you're under 18, you should have parental or guardian permission to use the platform.

Your account

You're responsible for your account — keeping your login secure, and for anything that happens through it. Don't share your credentials. Don't create multiple accounts to game rankings or evade bans.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Your content

You own the reviews and other content you publish on Gritiq. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content as part of operating the platform — including showing it in search results, summaries, and AI-generated digests.

This license ends if you delete your content or your account, subject to reasonable caching and backup timelines.

You represent that you have the right to post what you post — that it's original, not copied from elsewhere, and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

What you can't do

A short list of things that will get your account banned:

• Posting fake reviews or content you know to be false
• Coordinating with others to manipulate ratings or rankings
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Impersonating another person, company, or account
• Using Gritiq to promote products or services without disclosure

Our content

The Gritiq name, logo, platform design, and any original content we create (AI summaries, editorial copy, etc.) are ours. You may link to Gritiq and quote individual reviews with attribution, but you may not reproduce large portions of our content or build commercial products on top of it without permission.

Platform availability

We aim for Gritiq to be reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We'll notify you before removing features you rely on.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Gritiq is provided as-is. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users — we don't endorse or verify them, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gritiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gritiq operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Gritiq after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
